Tell A Friend

Starring Mojo Juju & the Snake Oil Merchants, Miso, [ME], The Space Cowboy, Wacko & Blotto, Laneous & the Family Yah, Clairy Baby Brown & the Banging Rackettes, The Orphanage, The Melatonins, The Rude and more!

The bi-annual boutique festival, running now for over 3 years, is the grand carnival of underground culture.

A debaucherous boiling-pot of independent music, extreme circus, neo-vaudeville & art installations that takes siege in the opulent ballrooms of The Thornbury Theatre.

Sideshow carnie games, circus rovers, immersive installations & freakish surprises are to be found in every corner of the 100 year old theatre.
Acts take place across four stages held on two levels and a mezzanine, featuring a peep-show burlesque booth.

Expect the decadent and the decrepit to carouse in costume and masks for the hedonistic hi-jinks and pomp of the 6th Boho Ball.
The Bohemian Masquerade Ball features:

The world famous freak-show and daredevil performer The Space Cowboy (NSW), the dark cabaret junkyard offerings of Mojo Juju & the Snake Oil Merchants (NSW), theatrical operatic rock of [ME], trip-hop from Miso, Doo-wop 10 piece band Clairy Baby Browne & The Banging Rackettes, the sardonic genius of clown duo Wacko & Blotto (QLD), the punk-croon psychedelic hip hop of Laneous & the Family Yah (QLD), gangster heavies of the punk/easy listening genre The Rude (QLD), barber-shop heart throb sensation The Melatonins (QLD) and the six piece folk-rock 'n' roll collision of The Orphanage.
